As an Area Head Barista, you will:

1. Train and coach bakery teams to serve our coffee perfectly every time
2. Make the world’s best coffee
3. Deliver outstanding customer service
4. Prepare award-winning food
5. Maintain high standards within the bakery
6. Be part of a team that strives to aim higher at all times
7. Maintain and fine-tune the coffee machines and grinders to dispense the perfect espresso
8. Assist the management team with bakery operations

Full training will be provided to help you be yourself as part of an amazing team.
