MorePeople is seeking an Area Garden Centre Manager to oversee multiple sites across Lancashire and South Yorkshire. This hands-on, fast-paced role requires full area responsibility for sales, margin, stock discipline and customer experience, with staff development and performance coaching for Centre Managers.

• Are commercially sharp and confident with numbers.
• Can motivate and stretch leadership teams.
• Are structured, organised and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Centre Managers and their teams.
• Drive high retail standards across all locations.
• Monitor multiple P&Ls and take action as needed.
• Manage recruitment and succession in your region.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
• Report to Group Operations Director and set the pace.
