Job summary

Morepeople is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a five-centre Central Midlands region within a fast-growing garden retail group. You will lead Garden Centre Managers, drive performance and develop teams across the six sites, while maintaining high standards and ensuring customer service excellence.

The role reports to the Head of Retail and requires a strong leader who can develop individuals, manage budgets, and deliver sustainable growth across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager or similar multi-site leader.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience managing multiple P&Ls and developing managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop Garden Centre Managers across your region.
• Set clear direction and maintain high standards across sites.
• Drive sales, profitability and commercial performance.
• Manage and review multiple P&Ls, budgets, labour and stock.
• Deliver against KPIs and targets and improve performance.
• Build strong, engaged and high-performing teams.
• Lead recruitment and people management across the region.
• Ensure systems and standards are followed and provide practical solutions.
