This opportunity covers Midlands sites (Landor Street, Darlaston, Smethwick, Coventry & Kingsbury). As Area ELV Supervisor at EMR, you will support ELV teams to process and depollute vehicles efficiently, ensuring team goals are met.

What You Will Be Doing

• Engaging in hands-on work, understanding engine components, and identifying opportunities for reuse, recycling, and repurposing to save carbon
• Traveling to sites within your area to support vehicle processing and depollution
• Collaborating with ELV Teams to meet production targets
• Ensuring depollution processes follow SOPs efficiently
• Working with the ELV Area Manager to optimize regional ELV recycling operations
• Supporting safety, sustainability, and efficiency initiatives, raising issues and challenges
• Contributing ideas to grow ELV volumes and improve operations
• Driving continuous improvement within your department
• Managing waste products responsibly (e.g., oils, tyres)
• Accurately completing and filing paperwork
• Promoting health and safety best practices and reporting SHEQ concerns
