Job summary

PDA Search & Selection is recruiting an Area Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning across circa 40 sites on a mobile basis. The role requires hands-on leadership, staff recruitment and training, and ensuring health & safety standards and budget compliance.

The successful candidate will drive weekly audits, maintain client relationships, and report on KPI performance. A full-time 40-hour week with early start times and travel between Bristol and surrounding areas is expected.

Qualifications

• The candidate has multi-site cleaning management experience.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Results driven with a proactive approach.
• Proficient IT skills including Excel, Word and Email.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning operations for circa 40 sites on a mobile basis.
• Deliver KPI checks and take corrective action as required.
• Recruit and train cleaning staff across the Area.
• Manage area and site costs within budget and ensure H&S compliance.
• Develop strong client relationships and conduct audits.
