• Ensure compliance with organizational frameworks and governance models, while supporting performance metrics and productivity improvements.
• Build subject matter expertise, contribute to team outcomes, and support project management activities to enable seamless execution.

• Exposure to project management and implementing digital product strategies and digital product lifecycles, including compliance with software quality standards for a business unit.
• Exposure to emerging trends and technologies (e.g., AI, data analytics) and their application in digital product development.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha!).
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
• Exposure to Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Education, Certifications, And Experience

• Educational qualification (mandatory): Graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA: Preferred.
• Certification: ICAgile Agile Product Ownership (ICP-APO) preferred.
• Work experience: 0–2 / 2+ years of experience.
