Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Architectural Technologist in Nottingham to produce Revit drawing packages, prepare building regulation drawings, and coordinate design information with the project team. The role includes site visits to ensure compliance and high-quality delivery across multiple sectors.

Applicants should hold a degree in Architectural Technology or related discipline, demonstrate strong post-qualification experience in the UK, and be proficient in Revit.

Qualifications

• Degree within Architectural Technology or another related discipline.
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Revit.
• CIAT membership or working towards chartership.
• Experience managing projects across multiple sectors.
• Excellent technical detailing skills.
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Job running experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce drawing packages using Revit.
• Prepare building regulation drawings and construction details.
• Prepare tender drawing and information packages.
• Coordinate architectural design information with other members of the project team.
• Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved.
