Job summary

ECE London Studio, part of ECE Group, seeks an Architectural Technologist with extensive technical proficiency across large-scale residential and mixed-use developments. The role drives project delivery from RIBA Stage 4 onwards and requires strong Revit capability and Building Regulations knowledge.

Based in London, the studio offers a dynamic environment with a focus on sustainable, innovative design. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team supporting a diverse project

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum ACIAT qualification.
• Extensive technical proficiency across a diverse range of projects, £5m+ value or more.
• Demonstration of advanced detailing abilities and understanding of modern construction methods.
• Exemplary self-initiative and communication skills for autonomous work.
• Familiarity with Building Regulations, NHBC Guidance, and housing design standards (including space standards, London Design Guide).
• Strong Revit competency is essential.
• Proficiency in NBS Chorus is highly beneficial.
• Excellent AutoCAD and general IT (MS Office) skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from RIBA Stage 4 onwards, turning concepts into tangible spaces.
• Drive technical delivery across residential-focused projects in a multi-sector portfolio.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure accuracy, buildability and compliance.
