Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum ACIAT qualification.
• Extensive technical proficiency across a diverse range of projects, £5m+ value or more.
• Demonstration of advanced detailing abilities and understanding of modern construction methods.
• Exemplary self-initiative and communication skills for autonomous work.
• Familiarity with Building Regulations, NHBC Guidance, and housing design standards (including space standards, London Design Guide).
• Strong Revit competency is essential.
• Proficiency in NBS Chorus is highly beneficial.
• Excellent AutoCAD and general IT (MS Office) skills.

Position

Overview

As an Architectural Technologist with ECE, you will have the opportunity to take a pivotal role in the delivery of a wide range of projects, principally within the residential sector. Your expertise will drive projects from RIBA stage 4 onwards, ensuring the realisation of visionary concepts into tangible, functional spaces in a variety of sectors.

Essential Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum ACIAT qualification
• Extensive technical proficiency acquired across a diverse range of projects, preferably encompassing a value of £5m or more
• Demonstration of advanced technical detailing abilities, accompanied by an adept understanding of contemporary construction methodologies
• Exemplification of self-initiative and exceptional communication skills, allowing for autonomous work
• Comprehensive familiarity with prevailing Building Regulations, NHBC Guidance, and housing design directives (including space standards, London Design Guide, etc.).
• Strong Revit competency is essential.
• Proficiency in NBS (Chorus) Specification software is highly beneficial.
• Excellent skills in AutoCAD and general IT proficiency (Microsoft Office).

Studio

ECE London is a dynamic studio located in the heart of the city, providing a vibrant and collaborative work environment. The studio is situated near the South Bank with several mainline railway stations including Waterloo, Blackfriars, and London Bridge within walking distance. Southwark and Borough tube stations are also conveniently situated nearby.

Our London studio is arranged over two floors; the ground floor entrance is accessible from street level without steps. We provide two accessible mixed‑sex toilet facilities on‑site.
