Job summary

Calibre Search is recruiting an Architectural Technologist for the Newcastle office of an award-winning, multi-disciplinary property consultancy. The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience and confidence with Revit, with the project scope spanning feasibility through to completion.

You'll work on a varied portfolio across mixed-use, civic, commercial and residential sectors, focusing on materials, light, and how a building sits in its surroundings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Confident using Revit.
• Interest in refurbishment and reuse as well as new build.
• Comfortable working closely with clients, stakeholders and consultants to deliver projects on time and to budget.
• Ambitious and keen to develop within a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility through to completion and beyond.
