Are you an experienced Architectural Technologist looking to join a close-knit and sociable practice committed to creating sustainable architecture?

Our client is an award-winning practice passionate about the environment, reflected in their diverse projects. They foster a supportive and sociable environment that values its employees.

They are currently seeking an individual to join their team in Norwich as an Architectural Technologist with around 2 years of post-qualification experience, along with excellent specifications and CAD skills.

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday, with some overtime as project demands
  • Hybrid working basis

Qualifications and skills:

  • Approximately 2 years of experience in practice or post-qualification

  • Excellent specification and CAD skills (2D and 3D)
  • Experience submitting planning applications, including creating Design and Access statements and planning drawings
  • Ability to conduct measured and photographic surveys of existing buildings
  • MCIAT qualification or working towards it
  • Experience working with existing buildings
  • Knowledge of PAS 2035 and 2038 standards
