Job summary

Willmott Dixon is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join our in-house Architecture and Technical Design Team in Hitchin. You will deliver large schemes with detailed design packages and ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations.

The role focuses on technical excellence, producing robust working drawings and applying WD policy, with hybrid working and occasional travel to other offices. Candidates with Revit expertise welcomed.

Qualifications

• Robust experience delivering large schemes and detailed design packages.
• Strong technical knowledge and UK Building Regulations understanding.
• Ability to work autonomously on projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings and working drawings packages.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and WD policy.
• Collaborate with in-house Architecture and Technical Design Team.
