Job summary

TipTopJob is recruiting an Architectural Technologist in Manchester to lead high-rise residential and education projects. The role requires a degree in Architectural Technology, solid Revit and AutoCAD skills, and CIAT chartership (or progress toward it).

You will handle building regulations, planning submissions, and site surveys with strong detailing and communication abilities. Hybrid working is offered with a competitive salary package and generous holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Degree within Architectural technology.
• Post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• CIAT chartership achieved or in progress.
• Experience on high-rise residential projects.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Live within a commutable distance to Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver on a range of high-rise residential and education projects.
• Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications.
• Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance.
• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages.
