Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking an Architectural Technologist for a Manchester-based, 12-month contract with hybrid working patterns. The role covers delivering projects from concept through to construction with strong Revit/AutoCAD skills and solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations.

You will work within a team to produce technical drawings and specifications, ensuring design intent and compliance throughout all project stages.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
• 3 years' experience working as an Architectural Technologist within UK architectural practices.
• Proven experience delivering projects from inception through to construction completion.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Excellent technical drawing and specification-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from concept through to completion.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure architectural quality and compliance.
• Support senior staff with project coordination and technical detailing.
• Assist in mentoring junior staff as needed.
