Architectural Technologist in the Essex area?

I am working with a well-established architectural practice based near Southend-on-Sea who are looking for a technically advanced individual to join their team.

The ideal candidate would be CIAT qualified, however, RIBA/ARB registered Architects with experience in technical stages and project management are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the technical delivery of hospitality, residential, and complex building projects.
2. Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages using Revit.
3. Collaborate with the design team, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and technical standards.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist or Architect, with CIAT, RIBA, or ARB certification.
2. Advanced AutoCAD skills; Revit experience is beneficial.
3. Experience delivering complex, hospitality, and residential projects.
4. In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit technical team.

The salary will be based on experience and ability but is expected to be circa £40,000.
