Job summary

Conrad Consulting partners with a well-established architectural practice in Sevenoaks, Kent, to recruit an Architectural Technologist.

There is strong emphasis on AutoCAD proficiency with Revit being highly desirable, in a team of Architects, Technologists and Technicians on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Architectural Technology or equivalent (HND/HNC).
• 3+ years' post-qualification UK experience, ideally within private practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).
• Proficiency in Revit (highly desirable).
• Solid working knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Experience on large scale projects.

Conrad Consulting is proud to be partnering with a well-established and dynamic architectural practice in Sevenoaks, Kent, as they look to bring an Architectural Technologist into their expanding team.

This practice has built a reputation for blending creative flair with technical precision, delivering standout architectural solutions across an impressive portfolio - predominantly within the large scale projects.

Revit runs throughout a large portion of the practice's project workload, and the team has been using it to a high standard for several years - giving them a real edge over competitors. Strong Revit experience on live projects would be ideal, though it isn't essential. AutoCAD proficiency, however, is a must. You'll be joining a collaborative, skilled team made up of Architects, Technologists, Technicians, and Part 1/2 Assistants.

What you'll bring:

• Degree qualification in Architectural Technology or equivalent (HND/HNC)
• 3 + years' post-qualification UK experience, ideally within private practice
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)

What's on offer:
