Opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join a practice in a fantastic location in a beautiful converted barn with a young, dynamic, friendly team who enjoy working together. The role involves working on a variety of commercial projects and high-end residential developments, including modern contemporary new builds and bespoke houses.

This position is suitable for an Architectural Technologist with experience ranging from a few years to senior level, primarily working on project stages 4 to completion. You will need access to a car due to the location being inaccessible via public transport.

The Role:

1. Produce detailed drawings
2. Attend regular meetings with clients and liaise with different consultants on projects
3. Prepare and develop planning and construction drawings
4. Prepare surveys, plans, specifications, images
5. Maintain strong written communication skills
6. Be motivated, proactive, organized, questioning, and able to take initiative
7. Have strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
8. Experience working on a variety of projects is desirable

The Candidate:

• Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Client-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong technical abilities
• Up-to-date knowledge of planning stage processes and methods
• Qualified BA / HNC in Architectural Technology or a relevant course is desirable
• Driving license and access to a car
