Job summary

Churchill Living Ltd is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to produce and coordinate architectural drawings and ensure compliance with building and fire regulations for multi-storey apartment developments. The role involves liaising with building control, warranty providers and statutory authorities to secure approvals ahead of project timelines.

You will support project teams to manage construction budgets, attend site meetings and provide technical guidance.

details.Liaising with internal stakeholders, external consultants and statutory bodies to ensure the provision of high quality drawings.Nurture your professional development and keep up to date with legislation and standards within the industry.You'll play a key role in ensuring the continued success of Churchill Living's desirable developments. Whilst the majority of time will be spent in the office, there will be occasional site visits.

About you

We're looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist with knowledge of the relevant regulations, including Building and fire regulations relating to multi storey apartment buildings. You'll be skilled at operating industry specific BIM software, such as Revit and AutoCAD. Initiative and flexibility are key as you'll be working on a number of projects at any one time and will be required to make day to day decisions relating to design, technical and site issues to ensure that construction is unimpeded. The role is fast moving and time pressured as you'll be working to a number of strict deadlines; excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a team is therefore essential. Discretion is also vital as the role will involve advance access to potential sites. An HNC/HND in architectural/construction is essential and a degree in a construction related field (preferably Architecture/Architectural Technology) is desirable.
