Qualifications

• Expérience post-qualification en tant que technologue dans un cabinet britannique.

Responsibilities

• Produire des informations de projet détaillées à partir des étapes RIBA 4 et au-delà.
• Collaborer avec l'équipe de conception pour les informations de projet quotidiennes.
• Participer aux réunions d'équipe de conception et aux visites de chantier.

Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £32,000 – £38,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an AJ100 practice who provide award winning design services to high profile projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for a talented and driven Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for them in their Milton Keynes offices.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Produce detailed project information from RIBA stages 4 onwards
• Work alongside the design team on day-to-day project information
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
• Attend design team meetings and site visits
• Issue working drawing packs of information

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of Revit
• Strong UK building regulations knowledge
• Job running experience
• Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Milton Keynes area
