Architectural Technologist – St James’s, London

Up to £50,000 + bonus + private healthcare

A RIBA chartered practice in St James’s is looking for a Technologist to work on high-end residential, hospitality, and listed building projects across the UK and internationally.

Projects range from Grade I/II refurbishments in central London to masterplans and resorts abroad. You'll be working across all RIBA stages with a focus on delivery and technical detail.

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years’ PQE (3+ in the UK)
• High-end residential or hospitality experience
• Strong knowledge of UK building regs
• Vectorworks knowledge is a bonus
