A leading architecture firm is seeking experienced Architectural Technologists/Technicians for exciting residential-led mixed-use projects in London. In this role, you will ensure compliance with Building Regulations, manage design documentation, and work closely with contractors on site. Qualifications

• Experienced Architectural Technologist or Technician.
• Proficient in Revit with experience in RIBA stages 3-5.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Director on design documentation for compliance.
• Produce documentation for Tender & Construction in Stages 3 & 4.
• Regularly update and manage the Revit model.

Job description

Due to project successes, we are looking for experienced Architectural Technologists / Technicians with proven Revit proficiency and experience of RIBA stages 3-5.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Architecture Studios working on residential-led mixed-use schemes across London. With key responsibilities and full exposure to all aspects of the projects, this role will push your career to the next level.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Assisting the Project Director on design documentation ensuring designs are Building Regulation compliant
• Primarily working in Stages 3 & 4 producing documentation for Tender & Construction
• Updating and managing the Revit model regularly
• Coordination of consultant services drawings and models
• Minute taking & site reports
• Site visits to inspect the progress of the works
• Liaise with contractor and specialist trade contractors
• Presence on site to monitor live projects and work with contractor teams to resolve queries
