Qualifications

• Expérience avérée avec Revit.
• Compétence dans les phases RIBA 3-5.

Responsibilities

• Assister le Directeur de Projet dans la documentation de conception.
• Travailler principalement dans les Phases 3 & 4 sur la documentation pour les Appels d'Offres et la Construction.
• Visiter les sites pour inspecter l'avancement des travaux.

Job Description:

Due to project successes, we are looking for experienced Architectural Technologists / Technicians with proven Revit proficiency and experience of RIBA stages 3-5.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Architecture Studios working on residential-led mixed-use schemes across London. With key responsibilities and full exposure to all aspects of the projects, this role will push your career to the next level.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Assisting the Project Director on design documentation ensuring designs are Building Regulation compliant
• Primarily working in Stages 3 & 4 producing documentation for Tender & Construction
• Updating and managing the Revit model regularly
• Coordination of consultant services drawings and models
• Minute taking & site reports
• Site visits to inspect the progress of the works
• Liaise with contractor and specialist trade contractors
• Presence on site to monitor live projects and work with contractor teams to resolve queries
