• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Architectural Technician/Technologist.
• Proficiency in writing NBS specifications and working knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Experience in RIBA Work Stages 3-6 is preferred.

Architectural Technologist
Manchester
Up to £50,000 pa + flexible working

They have a great opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist with good REVIT skills, to support their strong pipeline of prestigious residential, commercial, and large mixed-use development work.


Key attributes:

• Architectural Technician / Technologist with minimum 5 years’ experience
• Experience working at RIBA Work Stages 3-6 and the ability to coordinate with the wider design team
• High level of technical expertise and good communication skills
• Experience and proficiency in writing NBS specifications

• A high level of knowledge of Autodesk Revit detail production
• A team player with good communication skills, motivated, collaborative, and passionate with attention to detail

• Working knowledge of the UK Building Regulations

• A keen interest in, and knowledge of, sustainable design would be an advantage
