The Role

• Leading and supporting project delivery across all RIBA stages
• Developing comprehensive technical drawing packages
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Ensuring technical accuracy and timely project delivery
• Applying sustainable principles in technical detailing
• Producing specifications, schedules, and construction documents

Requirements

• Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
• Ideally a CIAT member or working towards chartership
• Strong track record in delivering residential projects in the UK
• In-depth understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
• Effective communicator with strong coordination skills
• Revit proficiency essential
• Must be within commuting distance of Gloucester
