We are currently collaborating with one of the UK’s largest flooring subcontractors. As a multi-generational family-run business, they have been carrying out major projects across London for over 30 years.

With a turnover in excess of 50 million and package values reaching up to 2 million, their services include floor finishes, preparation & screed, underfloor heating, furniture lift, and maintenance.

Our client is currently seeking to recruit an Architectural Technician to join their team in Essex to work on flooring packages valuing up to 2 million.

As an Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and building models, ensuring that designs are practical, regulation-compliant, and ready for construction.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Organise technical data collected from the project team
• Develop specifications for building work
• Create construction plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Prepare feasibility studies and applications for approval by regulatory bodies
• Provide technical advice to the project team
• Visit sites to check on progress
