Job summary

Aztrum in Chichester is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our design team. You will deliver technical drawings from concept through to completion, with a strong emphasis on Revit, detailing, and adherence to UK Building Regulations.

This role covers multiple sectors across UK-based projects, requires excellent communication, and a collaborative approach to liaise with architects, consultants and contractors on site and in the office.

Qualifications

• Degree, HNC or HND in Architectural Technology or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience on UK-based projects across sectors.
• Excellent technical detailing and knowledge of Building Regulations.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• CIAT membership or working towards accreditation.

Responsibilities

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically focused professional with strong Revit skills to work on a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors, delivering high-quality technical solutions from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects across a diverse range of sectors.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
• Prepare planning, Building Regulations and construction drawing packages.
• Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations, technical standards and best practice.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout all stages of project delivery.
• Resolve technical design challenges and develop practical construction solutions.
• Attend site visits and project meetings as required.
• Support the successful delivery of projects from concept through to completion.

Requirements

• Degree, HNC or HND in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Revit essential.
• Experience delivering UK-based projects across a variety of sectors.
• Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
• Experience producing detailed technical drawing packages across later RIBA stages.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
