Job summary

Conrad Consulting are looking for an Architectural Technician to join a growing team in Shrewsbury. You will contribute to producing architectural drawings and develop projects from planning to construction.

The role offers exposure to residential and commercial projects, ArchiCAD training if needed, and a friendly, design-led environment. Salary around £30,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Around 2–5 years experience working within an architectural practice.
• Experience producing technical drawings and detailed architectural information.
• Good understanding of Building Regulations and construction detailing.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Producing detailed architectural drawings and technical information.
• Developing projects from planning through to technical design and construction.
• Working alongside Architects and other members of the design team.
• Assisting with Building Regulations and technical compliance.
• Producing accurate and coordinated drawing packages.
• Liaising with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders.
