Job summary

Riach Architects in Oxford is seeking an enthusiastic Architectural Technician to join our expanding RIBA Chartered practice. You will support design and delivery of residential and commercial projects from concept through to construction, collaborating with architects and consultants.

The role focuses on producing technical drawings, ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations, and contributing to project meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and UK Building Regulations.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to liaise with colleagues, consultants and clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the design and delivery of a diverse range of residential and commercial projects, working closely with our architects and consultants from concept through to construction.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• A high level of accuracy with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence when liaising with colleagues, consultants and clients.The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
