Job summary

Riach Architects in Oxford is seeking an enthusiastic Architectural Technician to join our expanding, award-winning RIBA Chartered practice. Support design and delivery of residential and commercial projects from concept to construction, working closely with our architects and consultants.

The ideal candidate will have extensive AutoCAD and ArchiCAD experience, strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, excellent time management, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to liaise with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:
