• Sufficient UK-based experience post qualification.
• Healthcare and commercial experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of UK construction methods and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for planning and construction.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to coordinate project delivery.
• Support project architects and senior team members throughout all RIBA work stages.

Requirements:

• HND/HNC or a degree in Architectural Technology
• Sufficient UK-based experience post qualification
• Healthcare and commercial experience is essential

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
