Exciting opportunity offered here to a talented Architectural Technician with roughly 5-10 years experience. Please read on for further information.

This company offers a very modern and progressive Hybrid Working model. The team are typically office-based 3x a week with the rest to work from home.

Conrad Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a multi-disciplinary design studio just outside Manchester who specialise in the design of commercial sector projects. Included in their portfolio are offices, schools, hotels and a wide range of leisure-sector schemes. They have an enviable portfolio and have future plans to further diversify the business in 2025.

We are looking for a qualified Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist Designer to join here either an intermediate or senior-level role. There will be the opportunity to lead small projects and support the wider design & technical team on larger schemes.

Some of the key criteria we are looking for:

1. Formal Architectural qualification (Architectural Technology, Architecture, Interior Design, etc).
2. Minimum of 5 years practical experience in an Interior Design-related role.
3. UK-based experience is essential.
4. Excellent Technical skills.
5. Someone comfortable attending site meetings and surveying.
6. Ability to work as part of a close-knit team of fellow designers and construction professionals.
7. AutoCAD / Adobe Suite / Sketchup experience preferred.
