Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

* Manage and deliver projects from inception through to completion

* Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications

* Undertake site visits and site surveys to ensure projects comply with current standards and regulations

* Liaise with clients, contractors and other multi-disciplinary team members

* Attend client meetings and ensure projects meet strict deadlines

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

* BSc within Architectural Technology

* Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD

* Good post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
