Overview

Architectural Technician / Technologist / Design Technician required for a growing architectural practice. Based in Liverpool with hybrid working. Salary £35,000-£43,000 + Bonus + Progression + Benefits. Responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings
• Develop building regulation drawings
• Produce and coordinate drawings for planning and building regulations submissions
• Assist with delivery of projects from concept through to completion
• Undertake regular site visits to projects located in and around the Liverpool area

Requirements

• Proven experience using Revit in a similar architectural or technical position
• Full UK driving licence
• Revit proficiency and design experience in a similar role
• Commutable distance to the office in Liverpool
