The Architectural Technician Role:

A well-established and respected housing developer based in Liverpool has an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join the team. This is an excellent chance to be part of a renowned PLC housebuilder known for delivering high-quality residential developments across the UK. You will play a vital role in transforming concepts into technical drawings and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

The role will involve producing detailed working drawing packages, managing building regulation applications, and overseeing planning applications, contributing to the technical delivery of residential schemes.

To be considered for the Architectural Technician position:

• Worked as an Architectural Technician (or equivalent) for at least 2 years and worked on house building projects
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
• Architectural related degree or similar (Desired)
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit
