Job summary

Focus Resourcing is seeking an Architectural Technician to join a busy, personable team on residential projects across the South and East of England. The role offers an annual salary of £28,000 - £35,000 DOE and a standard Monday to Friday 9am-6pm timetable.

You will work on housing schemes, liaise with local planning authorities, and ensure compliance with building regulations, with a collaborative, problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience and willingness to take on responsibility.
• Strong communication skills with professionals, authorities and clients.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office & Adobe software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage time/priorities.

• Working on housing / residential projects of varying scales
• Work with local planning authorities and clients in the South and East of England
• A working knowledge of building regulations and planning legislation
• Recent experience focused on the delivery of large scale residential and master planning schemes
