Senior Architect/Architectural Designer

• Ability to manage all aspects of Architectural Design to the required standards, ranging from client lead to contract administration
• Ideal would be qualified Architect (ARB) or Chartered Technologist (CIAT)
• Circa 5+ years experience
• Extensive experience with Building Control and Planning Applications
• Ability to lead multiple projects at different stages.
• Ability to plan and organise own workload to meet targets and deadlines
• Ability to priorities and organise Work
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Able to use CAD (ArchiCAD experience preferred but not essential), would be expected to undertake CAD work for projects they were assigned to
