EXPERIENCED ARCH TECHNICIAN - ESSEX / HYBRID - 40,000 to 55,000

If you're an experienced Technician that enjoys being both hands on with drawing production and job running, this opportunity in Essex could be for you.

You'll be joining a very stable employer who are looking at an incredibly busy 2025 and beyond. As a multi-disciplinary, they work through all aspects of projects which fall within housing, education and commercial sectors amongst others.

You will be joining an Essex studio to utilise your delivery expertise. They are seeking someone with at least 5 years practice experience, ideally on medium to large scale projects. Revit is required for this hire.
