About the role:

An interesting practice in London is looking for an Architect (Mid level)/Technician to support them for the next 6 months, with scope to extend. The role offers hybrid working of 3 days per week.

Start: Week commencing the 26th May

Location: London

Duration: 6 months +

Responsibilities:

The role involves working on construction stages 4-5 due to an increase in projects, with further projects expected.

Requirements:

• Revit favourable, with AutoCAD essential.
• Experience working with listed buildings is ideal.
• Strong knowledge of UK statutory regulations.
• Skilled in RIBA Stages 4 onwards.
• Excellent design and spatial planning skills.
• Good time management skills and highly organised working methods.
• Able to prioritise challenging deadlines and work independently.
• Effective liaison with team members, external consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Confident communicator, able to liaise positively with clients and project consultants.
