Known for delivering high-quality architecture across residential, leisure, commercial and workplace sectors, the practice offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, well-crafted projects with a strong emphasis on technical detailing and buildability.

The Role:

• Support and lead project delivery through all RIBA stages
• Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawing packages
• Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants
• Ensure technical compliance and project delivery to deadlines and budgets
• Contribute to sustainable design and technical detailing
• Prepare construction documentation, specifications and schedules

Requirements for the Architectural Technician role:

• HNC/HND or a degree in Architectural Technology
• CIAT membership desirable
• Proven experience delivering UK projects
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Revit and ArchiCAD is beneficial
• Based within commuting distance of Ely
