Job summary

Reynco Ltd in London seeks an Architectural Specification Manager to develop opportunities with the architectural and consultant community. The role focuses on long-term relationships rather than transactional sales and offers full technical training.

Salary £40,000–£45,000 with a Company Car/Allowance and Bonus. OTE circa £75,000 in year one, rising to £85,000 in year two as you establish your territory.

Qualifications

• Architectural, design or technical construction experience in building envelopes or roofing.
• Experience in specification sales or client-facing roles is beneficial.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with architectural practices, consultants and key construction professionals in London.
• Identify new projects and specification opportunities across the region.
• Understand customers' technical, design and performance requirements and recommend suitable roofing solutions.
• Present roofing systems clearly to architects and stakeholders and influence early-stage specs.
• Develop and implement a structured business development plan for the London region.
• Maintain accurate project and pipeline information in the CRM.
