Job summary

Pilbrow & Partners in London is seeking a Graphic Assistant to join the growing graphics team in Clerkenwell. You will support the Head of Graphics, Practice Manager and PR agency to maintain internal and external communications and grow the practice’s profile.

The role suits a detail-oriented designer with marketing experience and a passion for architecture and design. You will collaborate across the team and contribute across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Experience in marketing content creation and social media is a plus.
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Graphics and architects to produce diagrams and infographics for presentations, reports, and submissions.
• Build and submit awards entries and support bid documents, proposals, qualifications and credentials.
• Create content for the company website and social media channels.
• Maintain image and information database (Open Asset) with the team.
• Update marketing collateral including booklets, CVs, handbooks and documents.
• Take photography and video of architectural models and events.
• Use InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.
