Stride Treglown is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and shape how our brand looks and communicates across campaigns, digital content, publications, presentations and pitches.
You’ll contribute to branding, design systems and cross‑team collaboration while delivering engaging work across print and digital media. The role offers hybrid working and opportunities to grow within a design-led architecture practice.
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and help shape where our brand is heading.
Joining at a moment of growth and change, you’ll influence the way Stride Treglown looks and communicates, bringing a contemporary perspective and compelling design ideas to everything from campaigns and digital content to publications, presentations and pitches.
Drawing on inspiration from the built environment and beyond, you’ll help turn our ideas, expertise and stories into work that feels engaging, on the pulse, and distinctly Stride Treglown.
Alongside creative projects, you’ll help make great graphic design easier to deliver consistently across the practice by developing tools and systems that help colleagues communicate the brand with confidence.
You’ll be part of Stride Treglown’s Winning Work team (Marketing, Graphics, Events, Business Development, Bids, and Data). The team supports nine studios across the UK, 12 specialist services and 15 industry sectors.
This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week). You’ll ideally be based in our Bristol studio and we're also open to the role being based in another studio (Bath, Birmingham, Cardiff, London, Manchester, Plymouth, Truro or Winchester) provided you’re able to travel to Bristol for team meetings and collaborative work.
Stride Treglown is a Disability Confident Committed Employer and is committed to inclusive recruitment practices. We will provide a fully accessible recruitment process and offer an interview to disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the role.
Applicants will need to have the right to work in the UK, as this role is not eligible for sponsorship.
We’d also like to see a portfolio that shows how you think as well as the quality of your work. We’re particularly interested in brand and campaign work and getting a clear sense of your creative voice. We’re interested in strong, original, and well executed design, rather than examples of work in a specific sector, so built environment industry experience is not essential.
