Alfred Recruitment LLP is seeking an experienced Architectural Director, Partner, Associate Director or senior architectural professional to join an established Surrey practice with the potential to develop into a Partner-level position as part of the continued growth of the business.

This is a strategic appointment for an individual who combines strong architectural and project leadership with commercial acumen, business development and client relationships.

Qualifications

• ARB Registered Architect with substantial UK architectural practice experience.
• Senior-level track record (Director/Partner/Associate Director) or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, business development and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through to completion.
• Manage programmes, budgets, resources and commercial performance.
• Build and maintain client and consultant relationships.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and oversee design, planning and technical delivery.
• Manage fees, invoicing, cash flow and project profitability.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and development across the team.
• Support recruitment, resource planning and studio development.
• Contribute to bids, tenders and business development activity.
• Identify and develop new clients and opportunities.
• Develop existing client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Bring sector knowledge and networks to the practice.
