Job Description:

Grõ Careers is exclusively partnered with a highly regarded architectural studio delivering some of London’s most design-focused residential and mixed-use developments. We’re seeking immediately available architectural professionals with strong Stage 5 and Revit experience to join a collaborative delivery team working on two major London regeneration projects - each over 100+ units and currently in construction.

The Role

You’ll contribute directly to the technical delivery of large-scale schemes at RIBA Stage 5, with responsibilities including:

• Production/leadership of Stage 5 drawing packages in Revit
• Coordination of consultant information and technical documentation
• Responding to site queries and contributing to high-quality delivery
• Ensuring drawing accuracy and compliance throughout the construction process

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years’ experience in a UK-based architectural practice
• Strong Revit proficiency with confidence delivering construction-stage information
• Prior experience working at RIBA Stage 5 is essential
• UK-based residential experience is highly desirable
• A collaborative, organised and proactive mindset
