Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. seeks a motivated Architectural Assistant with strong Revit experience to deliver high-quality design solutions. You will work with architectural/interior teams across RIBA stages, focusing on technical design and construction documentation from Stage 3 onwards.

You will support feasibility studies, planning submissions, detailed design, specifications and tender documentation, producing technical packages and coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience after completing RIBA Part II or equivalent.
• Experience in architectural design, detailing and construction documentation.
• Rhino/Grasshopper/3Ds Max experience is a plus.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong graphic presentation and communication abilities.
• Creative thinker with solid building design knowledge.
• Able to manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Experience on complex technical or critical infrastructure projects is beneficial.
• UK resident with full right to work; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of architectural projects from concept to construction.
• Assist across feasibility, concept design, planning, detailed design, specs and tender docs.
• Produce technical drawings: plans, elevations, sections, details and construction info.
• Collaborate with colleagues, clients, consultants and contractors to ensure delivery.
• Contribute to design development, problem-solving and technical coordination.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to project deadlines.
