Job description

The award winingcompany provides interior architecture and interior design services across a wide range of commercial and hospitality projects, ranging from developer‑lead multi‑residential developments, workplace, hotels, and food & beverage spaces. The department often collaborates with the companys own architects, or with external third‑party architects, through all RIBA Plan of Work stages 0 through 7.

Role Summary

They are in the initial stages of adopting Revit for their project documentation whilst continuing with the use of their current ArchiCAD software in parallel. They require a creative, Revit design technician to assist with this transition, and to be actively involved in RIBA Stages 3 and 4 of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Working across multiple projects simultaneously within a team of 15 people
• Working directly with dedicated project design teams and under the supervision of senior technicians.
• Engage with external consultants such as architects and MEP engineers in both remote and in‑person meetings
• Development of office‑standard and client‑specific templates, efficient workflows, modelling, the creation of functioning libraries, as well as assisting the department in the adoption of Revit and troubleshooting.
• Production of Design Development and coordinated Tender interior architectural documentation.
