Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking an Architectural Assistant to join our growing Energy team in the UK. You will contribute to a wide range of projects, producing BIM models and technical drawings under the supervision of a qualified architect.

The role requires proficiency in Revit, knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM 360, and a strong eye for detail. We value cross-disciplinary collaboration and a commitment to high-quality drawings delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in producing BIM models and technical drawings using Revit; AutoCAD knowledge beneficial.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360 and Navisworks Manage/Freedom; Adobe CC apps incl. Photoshop/Illustrator/Acrobat.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and good construction detailing experience.
• Demonstrate ability to coordinate within integrated project teams and ensure drawing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BIM models and technical drawings under supervision of a qualified architect.
• Coordinate with architectural colleagues and other engineering disciplines in integrated teams.
• Ensure drawing production is accurate, well laid-out, and aligned with programme.
