This is an exciting time to join us as we expand following successful bids. As demand for our expertise grows, we offer an opportunity for a talented Architectural Assistant Part 2 to join our experienced team in Winchester, working on Residential, Master Planning, Education, and Office projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing architectural drawings, reports, and concepts (RIBA Stages 1-5)
• Help formulate and communicate project briefs effectively
• Conduct studies and develop design proposals
• Support planning applications, Building Regulations, and appeals
• Work autonomously on concept layouts to comply with UK Building Regulations
• Inspect building work on-site

Qualifications and Experience

• Architecture degree; ARB Part 2 accreditation or recognized degree
• Post-Part 2 UK-based experience
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and their application

Software Skills

• Essential: AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Preferred: SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Successful candidates will be excellent communicators, capable of articulating complex issues between clients and project teams. Ambition, willingness to learn, diligence, and organizational skills are essential qualities.
