Part 2 Architectural Assistant

A busy and design-focused architectural practice based in Central London is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its collaborative team. The team have a varied portfolio spanning residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use projects, this studio offers an excellent opportunity to work across multiple RIBA stages in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
* Support senior team members across all project stages, from concept through to delivery
* Prepare design and presentation materials using Vectorworks and ArchiCAD
* Contribute to technical drawings, schedules, and reports
* Participate in design team meetings and liaise with consultants as required
Requirements:
* Sufficient experience post Part 2 qualification
* Strong design sensibility and presentation skills
* Proficiency in Vectorworks and ArchiCAD is essential
* Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policy
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
