Job summary

RIBA 1834 Ltd. in London is seeking an enthusiastic Part 2 Architectural Assistant or recently qualified Architect to join its growing team, with opportunities to take greater ownership and run projects across all RIBA stages.

You'll work on education schemes valued between £2m and £3m, communicate confidently with clients and consultants, and use AutoCAD (Revit desirable). The practice offers hybrid working (three days in the office, two from home) and an EOT bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Part 2 Architectural Assistant or recently qualified Architect with UK practice experience.
• AutoCAD experience is required; Revit skills are highly desirable.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and consultants and take greater responsibility.

Job description

An award-winning architectural practice based in the Whitechapel area of London are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant or recently qualified Architect to join its growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Part 2 who is keen to take greater ownership and develop their experience running projects across all RIBA stages. You'll be working predominantly on education schemes valued between £2m-£3m, gaining exposure from early design through to technical delivery and completion.

They are looking for someone with good UK practice experience, who would be confident communicating with clients and consultants and keen to take on greater responsibility. AutoCAD experience is required, with Revit skills highly desirable.

The practice offers a supportive and collaborative environment, excellent career development, hybrid working with three days in the office and two from home, plus an EOT bonus scheme.
